System Requirements & Specifications
Prior to purchasing, please carefully review the system requirements (supported OS, DAWs, host application specifications) listed on the respective product page. We cannot guarantee 100% operation under highly specific or unique user system configurations.
License & Activation (Authorization)
You must use the email address associated with your purchase for activation.
[For Individual Users]
The purchaser may install and use the software on up to two (2) devices owned by the purchaser.
*Simultaneous use on multiple devices is prohibited. Usage is monitored and managed by the server.
[For Corporate / Shared PC Use]
One (1) license is required per computer. Sharing a single license among multiple users or across multiple computers is strictly prohibited.
*Note: After activating your license, please reload the plugin or restart your DAW to reflect the changes.
If activation fails, please double-check your input (email address and serial key). If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
Disclaimer of Software Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or system failures (including DAW crashes or data loss) resulting from the use or inability to use our plug-in software. All usage is at your own risk.
General Terms for Audio Production Services
- Online Operations: All work and file delivery are handled online via file transfer or cloud storage services. Physical mail delivery is available upon request, but all shipping costs must be borne by the client.
- Revisions & Refunds: Revisions requested after final delivery are subject to additional charges. Due to the nature of custom services, refunds are not accepted.
- Cancellations: Cancellation fees will apply depending on project progress at the time of cancellation.
- Free Services (Pitch Correction, etc.): Free adjustments are not eligible for re-revisions unless an error was made on our part. Requests to revert to previous versions after initial approval will be quoted separately.
- Full Package Deals: After off-vocal delivery, clients must submit their vocal recordings within 1 month. Late vocal submissions will incur standard mixing and mastering fees. (If vocal mixing is deemed unnecessary within 1 month, a ¥5,000 refund will be issued, minus bank transfer fees). Includes up to 2 free retakes after checking the initial mix.
- Project Files: Project files / session data (DAW original sessions) will not be provided under any circumstances.
- Portfolio Usage: Created deliverables may be showcased in our portfolio, but only after a minimum of 3 months following final delivery (unless buyout agreements are made).
Composition & Arrangement
- Delivery Time: Typically 1 week to 1 month depending on project scope and current schedule.
- Lyrics First: If providing lyrics beforehand, please include text data with clear section markers (Verse, Chorus, etc.).
- Composition Only: Delivered as a simple chord accompaniment (acoustic guitar or piano) with synth melody guide lines. Non-vocal sections (intros/outros) will remain basic. Composition retakes are generally not accepted.
- Arrangement Retakes: Includes up to 2 revisions during check phases. Additional revisions incur ¥1,500 per request (or a separate custom estimate for major rework). Major structural changes are not accepted during final checks.
- Copyright & Usage: All copyrights belong to us. Usage permission applies strictly to the exact delivered track. Re-arrangements, remixes, or commercial use under different arrangements require separate licensing. (Exception: One-time self-mixing/sales permission is granted if purchasing Composition + Arrangement without our mixing service).
- Record Label / Publishing Contracts: If signing with a record label or publisher, royalty agreement terms apply. Please notify us in advance.
- Credits: Proper creator credit must be included on physical media (CDs) or digital releases. Falsification of creator credits is strictly prohibited.
- Song Length: Rates assume standard song lengths (3–5 minutes). Custom lengths will be quoted individually.
Mixing & Mastering
- Delivery Time: 3 days to 1 month depending on workload.
- Pitch / Timing Tuning: Free pitch/timing correction is included for up to 3 sections per song.
- Retakes: Includes 2 mix retakes and 1 mastering retake. Additional retakes cost ¥1,500 each.
- Format Requirements: WAV/AIFF (16-bit or 24-bit, 44.1kHz or 48kHz). Sample rates must be uniform across all stems.
- Stem Preparation: All stems must be exported from the same starting time (zero-aligned). Compress stems into a single folder named with the song title and BPM (e.g.,
stars_162bpm). Keep 1 instrument/sound per track—do not combine multiple instruments into a single stem.
- Special FX & Metadata: Special sound effects from reference tracks that cannot be easily recreated must be pre-rendered by the client. ISRC code registration must be handled by the client.
Background Music & Jingles
- Delivery Time: 1 week to 1 month depending on requirements.
- Copyright & Usage Rights: Copyright belongs to us. Deliverables grant non-exclusive usage rights only. Complete copyright buyouts are generally not offered, except for corporate clients with clearly defined scope and agreed conditions.
Chord Progression Layout
- Delivery Time: 3 days to 1 month.
- Retakes: Retakes are not accepted unless an error was made on our part (optional retakes cost ¥1,500 each). Assumes standard song length (3–5 minutes).
