A download link for the installer will be sent to your registered email address and displayed on the checkout completion page. You can also re-download the latest version at any time from "My Plug-ins" in your account dashboard.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also view your license key and download links at any time by logging in and checking "My Plug-ins" on your account page.

For personal use, each license permits activation on up to two computers owned by the same user (simultaneous use is not allowed). For commercial or corporate licensing terms, please check this page.

Please refer to our Installation Guide page for step-by-step instructions.

Bug fixes and minor updates are provided free of charge. Major version upgrades (e.g., from v1.0 to v2.0) may be offered as paid upgrades or with special upgrade pricing.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable (e.g., preference or incompatibility with your workflow). If a free, demo, or trial version is available, please test it to ensure compatibility with your system before purchasing.

Points can only be redeemed and used on this website. Enter your redeemed coupon code into the discount code field at checkout. Please note that issued coupons are single-use only and have an expiration date. Promo codes refer to codes issued during promotional campaigns for our products on external websites.

RTO lets you purchase select plug-ins in 12 monthly installments instead of paying the full price upfront. Once all payments are complete, the license automatically becomes a permanent, full license. For full details, please see our RTO information page.
