End User License Agreement and Disclaimer
By purchasing, installing, or using RAWL audio software plug-ins, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, unauthorized redistribution, resale, leasing, or modification of this software is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of serial numbers, license information, or the software itself may result in legal action, including claims for damages.
This software is provided "As-is" without any warranty. The author shall not be held liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, data loss, DAW crashes, or any other financial loss) arising from the use of or inability to use this software.
The author does not guarantee that this software will meet the user's specific requirements or that it will operate without interruption or errors. Users are strongly encouraged to thoroughly test the software using demo versions prior to purchase when available. Furthermore, the author is under no obligation to provide fixes, updates, or maintenance for any issues arising from the use of this software.
As this is an independently developed product, the software is not digitally signed by OS manufacturers (Apple/Microsoft). Installation and execution, including any OS-level security bypass procedures, are performed at the user's own risk and responsibility.
In the event that RAWL discontinues its services, any remaining balance on active RTO (Rent-to-Own) contracts will be waived as of the service discontinuation date. The affected product's license will be converted to a permanent (full) license on that date, and no further payments will be required.
