A flexible way to own select plug-ins through monthly installments.
1. What is RTO?
RTO lets you purchase select plug-ins in 12 monthly installments instead of paying the full price upfront.
Once all 12 payments are complete, the license automatically becomes a permanent, full license.
If a payment is missed, you can simply resume paying — your progress continues from where you left off (payment counts are never reset or skipped).
Once you've completed all 12 payments, you'll receive a confirmation email (please also check your spam/junk folder).
2. Online Verification
While under an RTO contract, the plugin needs to verify your status online periodically.
This check occurs roughly every 31 days from your last confirmed payment.
If the plugin is launched offline after this period, it will turn black and produce no sound.
Reconnect to the internet and restart the plugin to resolve this.
If you're normally online, this happens automatically in the background and requires no action from you.
3. If the Plugin Turns Black / Unusable
Connect to the internet and restart the plugin. This will sync your account with our server.
If your payment is up to date, the plugin will work normally.
If a payment is missing, the plugin will switch to Demo Mode, and you'll see "Payment Paused" in the About window.
After completing your payment, click the "Version Check" button in the About window to sync and restore full access.
If this doesn't update even while online, our server may be experiencing a temporary issue. Please wait a while and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support.
4. Contract Rules
Once you start an RTO contract, payments continue automatically until you cancel it.
If a duplicate contract is detected, the newer one will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
If you're re-subscribing after a cancellation, please make sure your previous contract has been properly cancelled first.
Always re-subscribe using the same account/email address — using a different email will prevent your payment history from carrying over.
Payments are fixed at 12 installments. Switching to a one-time purchase or changing the number of installments mid-contract is not possible.
5. Checking Your Payment Status
You can check your payment progress (e.g. 3/12) in the About window.
If a payment is missing, "Payment Paused" will be displayed in red.
You can also check your payment status by logging into our website and visiting the "My Plug-ins" page.
6. Note on Tampering
Any attempt to modify, bypass, or tamper with the plugin's local license data may result in the license becoming permanently invalid.
We do not provide support, repairs, or refunds for issues caused by such tampering.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of serial numbers, license information, or the plugin itself may result in legal action.
